Learn how the Heyluu Support Tickets works
The Support Tickets are the most effective and fastest way to help you with all the Heyluu websites.
With Heyluu Help website you can manage all your tickets, projects, subscriptions and any questions or support related to all Heyluu's websites
How does it work?
- Sign in to your Heyluu Video account at https://help.heyluu.com and click on Support.
- Click on the OPEN TICKET button.
- There you can ask any questions or support related to all Heyluu's websites.
Once the ticket is opened the Heyluu team will follow up to help you with everything related to that ticket.
- When the support ticket has been opened for your request, you will be notified with a response by email.
- Don't answer the Tickets from your email directly. Into your email box please click on the message where say: Click here to login and reply to this ticket... and you will be redirected to your ticket.
Tickets must be answered only through the Heyluu Help website in your Tickets section at https://help.heyluu.com/clients/tickets
- Keep in mind that response time can be up to 72 hours.
- Please do not submit multiple tickets for the same request, as this does not result in faster response time.
